Why I created this course

I used data to drive my decisions for my health and found lowering my blood sugar to be the best way to gauge that I was getting healthier. Once I got my blood sugar under control, my skin improved (less acne and wrinkles), my mood became super consistent, my brain was able to focus better, and had way more energy! I created this course to give you instructions on how to make health actionable so you can design an ideal wellness lifestyle that allows you to achieve your fullest potential.
